Production Practice

The production of PVC wood-plastic wallboards in Vietnam must be tailored to local climate, cost control, and environmental requirements. Key practice points are as follows:

  1. Raw Material Selection and Formula Optimization

    • Base Material: Use recycled PVC to reduce costs

    • Additives: Add ASA resin (5%-10%) to improve weather resistance, and calcium zinc stabilizers replace lead salts to meet Vietnamese environmental standards

    • Foaming Process: Adjust the proportion of foaming agents (such as AC foaming agents) to achieve lightweighting (density 0.6-1.2 g/cm³)

  2. Equipment Selection and Production Line Configuration

    • Extruder: Preferred conical twin-screw extruders include the SJSZ65/132 and single-screw extruders SJS0/28. Co-extrusion is used to ensure PVC products are waterproof, UV-resistant, and durable for outdoor use.

    • Mold Design: Custom co-extrusion molds are used to achieve a coating effect.

    • Auxiliary Equipment: Equipped with a vacuum setting table (water temperature 20-30°C), a multi-roller puller, and a dust-free cutting machine to ensure dimensional stability.

  3. Process Parameter Control

    • Temperature Range: Barrel zones 1-3: 120-160°C, zones 4-6: 160-180°C to prevent carbonization of the wood powder
